Based in Weipa we cruise the Gulf waters and around the west and eastern sides of the Cape. You tell us what you want, we’ll take you there. Remote, fringing coral reefs, coral walls with caves and swim throughs, ancient wrecks and more. Whether you want to scuba dive, fish or spear fish, we do it all on Cape York Freedom Adventure Charters.
Some of the most isolated, pristine reefs and wrecks of the Great Barrier Reef. Due to their distance from main population centers, the far northern reefs we visit are spectacular in the diversity, colour and quantity of marine life. Be amazed at the giant potato cod and groupers, impressed at the coral coverage and enjoy exploring the reef without the crowds.
To be a certified scuba diver. Although your captain is a highly experienced Scuba Dive Instructor, this is not a trip to learn to dive. It’s a trip to explore the underwater world. If you prefer, you can bring your own dive equipment but we also supply tanks, BCDs and equipment. Supply your own mask and snorkel. Pack for tropical conditions, bring your sense of adventure.
Professional Weipa scuba diving & fishing charters, varying from a minimum of 3 nights to a maximum of 9 nights. First class liveaboard dive boat and equipment, including compressors and three easy access, lowered dive decks. Dive guide for all dives. Accommodation in luxury staterooms, all meals, linen and some non-alcoholic beverages. Amazing memories.
